The Altivo mezzanine gate is designed to improve safety when working on elevated platforms. It creates a secure barrier between workers and high-risk areas such as forklift zones, moving equipment, delivery areas, and the exposed edges of mezzanine floors.
Mezzanine safety gates allow pallets to be moved safely between ground level and mezzanine levels without exposing workers to an open edge.
When a forklift places or removes a pallet, the gate positions itself so the mezzanine edge remains closed off to workers. Once the pallet is in place, the gate rotates to allow staff on the mezzanine to access the pallet while still blocking the drop-off edge.
This simple system ensures there is always a protective barrier in place, helping reduce the risk of falls and improving overall workplace safety.
